A little note on the word "Deserve" - my late husband Michael used to say "in life you only get what you deserve" - in NLP we also talk about "Perception is Projection".  In essence if you believe you "don't deserve something" or "you are not worthy", then most probably you'll get that "nothing" or "bad thing" or negative thing.  The book gives you ideas on how to be clear about what you want and then get what you want - perception is projection or projection is perception.  The book also gives you ideas how to make your present relationship better (and some cautionary advice).  The style is easy to read - and it's all good stuff it really works. What people say:

O'Hara has done it again.  Produced an original, well paced easy to follow programme showcasing her expertise in using NLP for transformation of everyday life!  I recently split up from my husband and found that the exercises in the book enabled me not only to complete my "grieving" process of the disunion with my ex, but also helped me to determine what I want in my next relationship.  The exercises not only clarified, but literally enabled me to bring to life my new man and I'm soooo excited to meet him.  However, more importantly, it taught me the importance of self love and getting out and enjoying life instead of "waiting" for life to find me.  Thanks Rosie!

Joanna Pirie - author of the Money Detox Progam, Edinburgh

I have, as promised, tackled the book and I devoured it at one sitting! I'm a fast reader when something interests me. (On the first read through - there will be a fuller, more considered one later - I skipped many of the shaded bits).

I particularly liked that you have a lot to say about keeping relationships and that it's not just about finding one.

I have a good friend to whom I am going to recommend it ..

David Taylor - Aurora Perceptions

I found "Finding the relationship you deserve" like sitting down with a friend over a cup of coffee without the "you know you should do this". It's a good informal read with some NLP tasks that really make you think and help you look at your situation differently. A must have.
Susan Raeper, Community Leisure Officer Aberdeen

"This book comes with a note of caution. After reading it, you may find that you start to focus on what you really want and meet the right sort of potential partner, whilst recognising and discarding the unsuitable ones.  You may also end up studying NLP.  You've been warned !"

AND

"Rosie's book has helped me to focus on what I really want in a partner.  All too often I end up with partners who are just not good for me and make me unhappy.  The more I thought about what I dont want, the more I seemed to attract it.  By doing the exercises in the book I now concentrate on the qualities that are important to me, and I also now understand that its okay to walk away from those that don't fit".
