NLP Highland devised and executed an excellent training course called “Managing Your Talent”. This two day training course provided skills with which your talent will be managed even more effectively in the work place through using NLP techniques to add management. This was a great course to introduce NLP in the work place aiding communication in the work place. Imagine what you could accomplish by identifying motivational triggers from simple conversation!

Recognise what will stimulate and maintain someone's motivation and, on the other hand, what will turn him or her off.

By knowing a person's (or team's) patterns you'll be able to predict behaviour and you'll learn how to specifically match your language and behaviour to theirs, to spark and maintain interest and enthusiasm.

The LAB Profile (origins in Karl Jung's Personality Types and then a derivation of NLP Meta Programs) provides a set of questions that can be asked formally or incorporated into everyday conversation to elicit motivational and behavioural patterns.
