Wendy has 12 years of experience in management, and is currently an Associate with NLP Highland; she is a Certified NLP Practitioner and is currently studying the Master Practitioner certificate.  She is also a qualified LAB Profile Practitioner.

Wendy is a business consultant and advises small business owners on business improvement. Business projects include coaching entrepreneurs, recruitment, market research, an exciting tourism project, preparing tenders grant and funding proposals, franchise set up, and a new product launch. She is a Professional Member of the association of Neuro Linguistic Programming; full Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a licensed Supercoach® (a coaching programme designed for entrepreneurs). Wendy is also a director in two other businesses; a garage carrying out MOT’s, Repairs & Servicing; and has set up a café and takeaway.

Wendy has two children aged 14 & 15 and 2 border terriers called Molly and Milly. In her free time she enjoys walking and spending time with her family.
