Malcolm is a Member of the Institute of Business Consultants and has a Masters in Business Administration. His background is in engineering where he worked for a blue-chip organisation on many large projects with other organisations and large teams of people. He has worked in Germany and America and appreciates the diverse ways in which different communities think and behave.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) came to Malcolm in 2004 and helped satisfy his curiosity about how and why people do things in the way that they do. NLP helped make sense of the disparate behaviours he had observed throughout life. He is now a Master Practitioner and still being challenged by NLP, with his curiosity stretched to new limits. Malcolm knew straight away that NLP had much to offer his business and his own personal development and is now ready, along with the rest of his skills, to pass this knowledge on to others so that they might also benefit.

Malcolm has been helping people learn new skills over many years, mixing this with running organisations himself in practical and effective ways. He can help you to improve communication, such that things happen in the way intended. Malcolm genuinely believes in people and how everyone contributes in their own special way and how they have the potential to be more satisfied and proud of themselves and the organisation they work for.
