NLP Highland and Associates work together with clients by using tools and techniques to provide transformation, development and confidence, for preventing problems, meeting challenges and enabling through the medium of the applied psychology and psycholinguistics of NLP.

This is our mission statement;

1. Are you an NLP Master Practitioner?
   Do you have at least 240 hours (this includes your Practitioner course) of face to face trainer contact, plus a minimum of 24 hours client work (which could be changework, could be coaching, could be training, and so much more) plus a modelling project before your certification?
   Or would you like to work towards this with us?
2. Do you have 120 hours of face to face trainer contact training, over a period of time?
   Or if necessary would you be willing to undergo extra training to make up this time?
   Or do you have other ways of proving you have a good knowledge of
   NLP?
3. Do you a have business background with a solid track record?
   Or come from another discipline, where you have knowledge and a track record?
4. Do you want to work with an NLP company that has Quality Standards?
5. Are you willing to undertake at least 4 days NLP CPD per year, as well as regular mentoring and coaching?

If so are you willing to answer the following questions in writing?

1. What will you bring to this working relationship - especially in terms of NLP experience and work experience?What problems will you help us prevent (you may want to achieve and gain, not all of our clients do)?
2. What are you able to provide NLP Highland with?  What business area do you come from specifically?
3. What do you wish us to provide you with?
4. What are your specific specialist areas, for training/coaching/using NLP?
   How would you like to use these areas working together with us?
5. How far are you prepared to travel?
   How often would you be prepared to travel?
6. How will you generate income-generating clients for NLP Highland Associates and yourself each year?
7. Are you willing to make a 30 minute presentation to us? If not, what would like to do instead so that we can
   see you working and using NLP first hand?
8. Please list 10 work values for this working relationship and then rank them in order of importance to you.
