NLP Highland and Associates work together with clients by usingNLP tools and techniques, and the vast language skills discovered in NLP to provide transformation, development and confidence, for preventing problems, meeting challenges and enabling through the medium of the applied psychology and psycholinguistics of NLP.
Our NLP trainers/associates are generally NLP Master Practitioners or are working towards this.
Rosie herself is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Licensed or Certified Trainer of NLP these 2 factors are vastly different from "other NLP Practitioners".
Our business associates/trainers all have business backgrounds with solid track records.
We either come from the North of Scotland or have been here for at least 9 years (3 years is a criterion) so we understand the area and culture.
NLP Highland was the first NLP training company in the UK to have a Quality Manual.
Rosie's mentor is John Seymour the longest standing UK Trainer of NLP (and she is his only mentee).
NLP Highland is the first Scottish and to date only NLP Training Company to be accredited by the Association for NLP.
NLP Highland is the longest standing 2nd generation member of the Professional Guild of NLP, NLP Highland, was a test case to achieve this.
All of our Practitioners have 120 hours of face to face trainer contact training, over a period of nine months (9 months that’s an interesting period of time!).
Master Practitioners have at least 240 hours of face to face trainer contact, plus a minimum of 24 hours client work (which could be changework, could be coaching, could be training and so much more) plus a modelling project before they reach certification
Rosie has around 4630 hours of face to face trainer contact with many NLP Trainers, and this year has successfully undertaken 10 days CPD and will be undertaking a further 9 days over the next 5 months.
All of our Associates undertake at least 4 days NLP CPD per year, as well as regular mentoring and coaching.
