Business Testimonials

I recently decided to undertake the LAB Profile training with Rosie O’Hara so that I might have another tool to add to my “tool kit”. As an experienced Organisation Development Practitioner and Coach I feel it is important for me to keep learning new skills and finding ways to integrate them with my existing skills. And doing the LAB Profile training was a great way to take time out and look at something new. The style of the training is perfect to allow you to leave the training with something to work on – plenty of skills practise and useful feedback. But the training is the beginning rather than the end of the development - at the end of the 3 days it was a bit like having passed my driving test – now I can start to learn to drive!! Thanks Rosie! Elaine Mottram, Pensando Consulting Aberdeen

"Rosie has a deep understanding of her subjects and communicates them in a relaxed and enjoyable way. She is open and honest in her dealings with people and provides excellent value." Richard Simpson, Richard Simpson Associates, Newcastle upon Tyne

"Rosie is reliable, easy to work with and is knowledgeable in her NLP field. She is also approachable, has a relaxed manner about her and presents her material at a level I can understand and relate to. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rosie to any of my clients" David Smart, Smart ISO Systems. Fife

"Did one of Rosie's taster courses. Was very good and can see how NLP can be used in business, I would recommend the taster course to anyone that is curious about NLP" Steve Brand G5 Technologies Aberdeen

NLP for Business Diploma (Professional Guild of NLP Endorsed Course)

I found the course very helpful. The learning from the course has helped me to make much more sense of why I do the things I do and I can recognise steps I need to take when communicating with others.

Elaine Dall, Counselling Service Co-ordinator, Kirkcaldy

Not only learned some new techniques for applying to all situations, but came away with some ideas of how to solve problems in my business which been bugging me for a while.

NLP for Business Diploma (Professional Guild of NLP Endorsed Course)

Thornton, Fife July 2010

"This was the best course I have attended.  I can relate and use, most if not all the content to my work and personal life.  I have started making positive changes that are already increasing my confidence to succeed and look forward to new challenges in my life.

I cannot rate this highly enough.

Thank you Rosie!"

Phil Flanders, RHA (Road Haulage Association) Director Scotland and Northern Ireland  feel free to phone Phil on 07801 500713

"I found the course very engaging.  It was more practical and involved than I thought it was going to be.  It has given me a lot to think about, not least the way I interpret the world, and my interactions with other people.

It has been a very interesting process, even though I found some aspects of the course very challenging.

During the courses I have learnt some very useful techniques which I will us in both a personal and work context.  I have also learnt a  lot about myself as a person, some of which was very positive, and some of which will give me thoughts and behaviours to improve or replace with more useful ones."

Laura McDermott, District Senior Veterinary Surgeon, Doncaster Vets Now

Testimonial from SEPA, Dingwall

“NLP Highland has convinced me that a number of the principles underlying NLP can assist in improving SEPA’s day to day communication with its customers and other stakeholders which is so vital for the ongoing protection of our environment and the promotion of sustainable development. This can be achieved without necessarily acquiring a detailed knowledge of NLP and all of its associated technical jargon."

Tom Inglis, Head of Environmental Protection and Improvement
