This course has Accreditation from ANLP and endorsement as Developing Leadership and Management Skills from ILM - to be eligible for both certificates you will be assessed by means of 2 pieces of written work (case studies) showing how you will incorporate NLP and language usage into your leadership and/or management post and an NLP Modelling Project .
Before the course starts you will be asked to identify 2 or 3 issues or areas in your workplace that you wish to work on. You will be asked to select 2 of these to use as a case study for the application of NLP in Leadership and Management.
