By knowing a person's (or team's) patterns you'll be able to predict behaviour and you'll learn how to specifically match your language and behaviour to theirs, to spark and maintain interest and enthusiasm.
The LAB Profile (origins in Karl Jung's Personality Types and then a derivation of NLP Meta Programs) provides a set of questions that can be asked formally or incorporated into everyday conversation to elicit motivational and behavioural patterns. It gives you the most appropriate language to use to achieve the results you want.
Additionally, through awareness of your own patterns, you can play to your own strengths and work better with others.
On this seminar you'll learn a rigorous methodology for using the LAB Profile, conduct and test profiles to ensure accuracy, detect combination patterns from language and behaviour and explore the LAB Profile's diverse applications.

Hear and use many more examples of various language patterns
Know which pattern in a profile is most important - the ‘driver'.
Discover typical patterns for various situations - e.g. someone in a ‘stuck state', someone committed, someone happy with you/your work
Pick up patterns during normal conversation
Improve on predicting behaviours from pattern combinations

Language and Behaviour Profile Master Practitioner

You will already have a valid LAB Profile Practitioner Certificate and the manual provided by Success Strategies.
You will have already successfully completed LAB Profile Practitioner training with us or with another Success Strategies recognised training company.
In order for you to refresh some of your skills and for you to start recognising patterns in others and become more consciously aware of what you already know during in your next stage of learning, we start your LAB Profile Master Practitioner Course with you observing and honing your skills on a LAB Profile Practitioner Course.
You will be set tasks and start to put these into practice for the higher level skills.
There is a coaching element included on this course, from which you will learn more about applications of the LAB profile patterns.
LAB Profile Master Practitioner Assessment Standards
- Can ask the questions without referring to the LAB profile questionnaire
- Recognises the patterns in every day communication without asking the questions and is able to respond using the matching LAB Profile language.
- Can create text or a communication strategy (e.g. a job advertisement) using specified LAB Profile Pattern Influencing Language.
- Complete 5 LAB Profiles accurately and give accurate live feedback on a least one Profile.
- Produce at least one written profile (to be submitted within 7 days of completing the course, latest)
