A 12 month long programme of personal and business development and coaching – the 12 months start from the time of sign up, or rather first consultation appointment which should ideally be at the latest 1 month after date of sign up. The period of the programme runs from that date for 1 year i.e. start date 25^th Sept 2011, finish date 25^th Oct 2012.

Provided all over Scotland through our team of associates, not all of whom show on the website currently.

The programme includes 2 psychometric profiles utilising the LAB (Language & Behaviour Profile), preferably 1 profile directly affecting your business either as an individual or an organisation and then delivery of these profiles with the appropriate advice and coaching sessions – time required 1 to 1 ½ hours for both profiles, then 2 x 1 hour sessions for delivery of the profiles and relevant coaching arising from this profiling using the LAB Profile and NLP and Coaching skills.

Example:

Ellie had been promoted, but to her Senior Manager she was underperforming - the LAB Profile soon highlighted what the problem was - in part by also profiling the Job Description and matching what Ellie's idea of the job was against what the Job Description was asking for and also what her Senior Manager expected. Shortfalls were revealed and Ellie coached to where she and the company needed her to be.  Senior Manger happy, employee happy and performing beyond expectations.
